1. Service Description

Lovina provides a platform for creating, customizing, and sharing digital wedding invitations. Our service includes invitation design, RSVP tracking, guest list management, and hosting.

2. Account & Access

You must create an account to use Lovina. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

3. Pricing & Payments

Lovina operates on a one-time payment model. Once purchased, your invitation remains accessible indefinitely. Prices are listed in EUR and may be updated for new purchases. Existing invitations are not affected by price changes.

4. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you upload (photos, text, guest information). Lovina retains ownership of the invitation templates, designs, and platform code. You grant Lovina a license to host and display your content as part of the service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Lovina for any unlawful purpose, to upload harmful content, or to attempt to access other users' accounts or data. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We will provide notice when possible.

7. Limitation of Liability

Lovina is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost data or missed communications.
