Terms of service.

1 · Who we are

"Lovina," "we," "us" — the operator of lovina.io. "You" — the person using the service.

2 · Your account

You must be at least 16 years old to use Lovina. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised.

3 · Plans and payment

The Free plan is available at no cost. Premium ($99 one-time) and Planner ($499 one-time) are paid plans billed through Stripe. Plan limits are described on the pricing page and enforced in the product. If you exceed a limit you will be prompted to upgrade; existing data is preserved.

4 · Refunds

Premium and Planner are one-time purchases. Refund requests within 14 days of purchase will be honored in full, no questions asked. After 14 days, no refunds.

5 · Your content

You own every piece of content you create or upload in Lovina — your guest list, your budget, your wedding website, your photos. You grant Lovina a limited license to store, transmit, and display that content solely to operate the service for you. We do not use your content for advertising, training, or any purpose beyond running Lovina.

6 · Acceptable use

Do not use Lovina to send spam, host illegal content, attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, or distribute malware. Do not upload content that violates someone else's copyright. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service.

7 · Availability and warranty

Lovina is provided "as is." We aim for high availability but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Use the export feature in /profile regularly to keep your own copy of your wedding data.

8 · Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Lovina's total liability to you for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9 · Changes

We may update these terms; if we do, we will note the change at the top of this page and email account holders if the change is material. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
